Meeting Location: BBQ HUT Smokehouse & Mexican Restaurant, Patong Beach
Driving Instructions from Phuket Town or Kamala Beach: Once in Patong Beach drive south (one-way) along Rat-U-Thit, 200 Pee Road. Approximately 500 meters look for the Siam Commercial Bank (large purple sign) on your left. Look for parking, the BBQ Hut is another 50 meters on your right. Look for the large neon Mexican sombrero sign./p>
Walking away from the sea down Soi Bangla, exit on Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road. Turn left (against traffic) and walk approximately 800 meters. You will cross one major intersection that is barricaded to east-west cross traffic. Past this interection another 80 meters look for the large neon Mexican sombrero sign on your left
Arriving from Karon: Use the beach road to pass through the main business area, continue until you see the beginning of the park and playground on your right. Make your first right (the sport field will be on your left) and continue to the next major intersection. You must make a right. Look for parking, the BBQ Hut is 40 meters on your right.
Meeting Location: IndoChine Restaurant @ Kalim Bay
Driving Instructions from Phuket Town: Once in Patong Beach continue straight to the beach and exit Patong north toward Kalim and Kamala. IndoChine is about 3 km on your right, plenty of parking.
Driving Instructions from Kamala: On your left 3 km before arriving Patong Beach
Walking from Patong is not advised, you're looking at a 3 km hike, although very scenic.
Arriving from Karon: Use the beach road to pass completely to the north end of Patong and continue through Kalim and on toward Kamala. IndoChine will be on your right about 3 km past Patong. There is plenty of parking.
Meeting Location: Irish Times Pub, JungCeylon Shopping Center, Patong Beach
Driving Instructions from Phuket Town or Kamala Beach: Once in Patong Beach drive south (one-way) along Rat-U-Thit, 200 Pee Road. Approximately 100 meters beyond the Soi Bangla Soi Sansabai intersection turn left into the JungCeylon property. From within the property there is access to underground parking.
Walking away from the sea down Soi Bangla, exit on Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road. Turn right (with traffic flow) and walk approximately 50 meters and cross into the JungCeylon shopping complex. Walk through the complex, beyond the large boat fountain and into the Sino-Phuket area, Irish Times will be on your right.
Arriving from Karon: Entering Patong proper continue straight through the first main intersection until you reach the JungCeylon Shopping Complex. Make a left into the property and enter the underground parking.
Phunaka Golf Course
Phunaka Golf Course is easily reached from ChaoFa West Road approximately two km. south of Wat Chalong. Two easy location markers are the large plywood signs with arrows directing to BIG BUDDHA and above the buildngs at the turn a large rectangular orange-colored sign for PHUNAKA GOLF with an arrow pointing toward the mountain. The entry road is narrow, take it slow.
Following the soi for approximately 500 meters you will easily see the golf driving range, parking lot and clubhouse on your right.
